RESULTS
  • Increased efficiencies across several key areas including visibility of all the necessary data, communication, and time.
  • Quote-to-order processing time dropped by 25%. They also went from using 12 spreadsheets for managing sales order data during order fulfillment to using none.
  • The rate of data entry errors during order processing became negligible.
