Mike Kelly joins CloudStreet as Director of Sales

CloudStreet, a certified Salesforce Implementation Partner, is proud to announce the hiring of Mike Kelly as Director of Sales. He is excited about educating current and future clients about all of the services CloudStreet can provide through Salesforce, especially if clients are able to use these features to improve their respective organizations.

“There’s a lot of satisfaction in hearing back from clients regarding how the technology implementations have improved what they do, and how they’ve been able to increase their efficiency and revenue,” Kelly said. “Building trust with client partnerships is very important in this industry and it can carry a long way.”

He has been working as a Salesforce Implementation Partner for more than five years, collaborating with companies across the globe in various industries to share the capabilities of the Salesforce ecosystem. This includes the B2B Commerce Cloud, which provides all sorts of tools and options to improve a company’s ordering process, starting with selection and payment all the way to delivery.

“I’m excited to join CloudStreet, and be a part of growing the organization,” he said. “Our current capabilities and process provide a strong foundation for a positive upward trajectory across the whole organization”

CloudStreet is truly a global business, with a team of skilled project managers in the U.S. and an equally skilled Salesforce development team based in India. The company refers to itself as a hybrid of on-shore and off-shore personnel, in which clients are always able to receive the best value by accessing high-level expertise.

Kelly will work with sales teams around the world to provide services to current clients as well as inform new clients about all the available options.

In some cases, he said clients may not know everything that Salesforce can offer them, but they know that their current system is no longer working. Maybe it’s based on obsolete software or the business has grown and changed over the years, so the old system can no longer keep up. There might be duplicate or redundant processes, or breakdowns along the line that can lead to delayed or even missed orders.

Kelly said the goal of his team is to help empower clients by providing them with a vision of the market and how that particular market is reacting to the ever-evolving technology landscape.

“We often have the ability to talk to their competitors too, so we can understand what they’re up against in the market, or how other companies have refined a process,” he said. “It’s all about being connected.”

Some of Salesforce’s services include Managed Support, where you’ll always receive guidance in understanding and executing your platforms and services; Staff Augmentation, where you may need more expertise for certain projects; Mobile App Development, which can help meet the needs of your mobile-based customers; and Integration Services, which help connect different teams and processes, as well as improve the overall user experience.
