Salesforce, a leading CRM software provider, presents a compelling solution for small business owners seeking to expand their operations. For entrepreneurs aiming for exponential growth, the decision to invest in a CRM system like Salesforce can be pivotal. The software’s ability to centralize customer data and facilitate informed decision-making is a significant advantage for businesses of all sizes.

One of the primary considerations when evaluating Salesforce for small business use is the upfront cost. While the initial annual payment may seem daunting, the long-term benefits and return on investment make it a worthwhile expenditure. By harnessing Salesforce’s features and functionalities, businesses can streamline their processes, enhance customer interactions, and drive overall efficiency.

The versatility of Salesforce lies in its adaptability to different business needs. Whether it’s integrating with existing tools and platforms or customizing workflows to align with specific requirements, Salesforce offers a comprehensive solution that can be tailored to suit the unique demands of small businesses. This flexibility ensures that companies can scale their operations effectively and stay competitive in a dynamic market environment.

Implementing Salesforce may seem like a significant commitment, especially for small businesses with limited resources. However, partnering with experienced professionals can make the transition smoother and more efficient. These experts can guide businesses through the implementation process, provide training to employees, and offer ongoing support to ensure optimal utilization of the platform.

One of the key advantages of Salesforce is its continuous innovation and updates. By staying abreast of the latest technological advancements, Salesforce enables businesses to leverage cutting-edge tools such as artificial intelligence and automation to enhance productivity and drive growth. This commitment to innovation ensures that businesses using Salesforce remain at the forefront of industry trends and developments.

When it comes to choosing an implementation partner for Salesforce, quality should take precedence over cost. While opting for a cheaper partner may seem like a cost-effective solution, it can result in subpar implementation and limited functionality. Investing in a reputable implementation team ensures that businesses receive a customized setup that aligns with their goals and objectives, ultimately leading to better outcomes.

Training and user adoption are crucial aspects of successfully implementing Salesforce within an organization. Ensuring that employees are proficient in using the platform and understand its benefits is essential for maximizing its impact. By providing comprehensive training materials, walkthroughs, and support, businesses can empower their teams to leverage Salesforce effectively and drive business growth.

Salesforce’s wide range of functionalities, even in its basic plans, makes it a valuable asset for small businesses. From sales and service management to email outreach and data analytics, Salesforce offers a comprehensive suite of tools that can streamline operations and improve customer interactions. By centralizing data and providing actionable insights, Salesforce empowers businesses to make informed decisions and drive success.

In conclusion, Salesforce presents a compelling solution for small businesses looking to enhance their growth potential. With its robust features, customizable solutions, and ongoing support, Salesforce offers a comprehensive CRM platform that can transform how businesses operate. By investing in Salesforce and partnering with experienced professionals, small businesses can unlock new opportunities, streamline their operations, and drive sustainable growth in a competitive market landscape.

CloudStreet Services provides tailored solutions for small businesses seeking to optimize their operations and drive growth. With a focus on customization and efficiency, CloudStreet Services offers a range of services designed to meet the unique needs of small businesses. Bringing Scattered Data Resources Together

Many businesses rely on a mass of customer and client data aggregated from a variety of diverse sources. This mix of first-party and third-party data typically gets siloed into disjointed tech stacks, making easy access and productive use of CRM all but impossible without the adoption of overly costly, complex systems. In fact, the majority of businesses that would like to implement the power of generative AI find that their current systems are too scattered and disconnected to facilitate this forward leap.

Salesforce’s new Unlimited Edition+ solves these frustrations. This technology system brings data, CRM, and generative AI together in a single harmonious package, eliminating the complexities and confusions of disjointed data stacks and siloes. By combining Industries, Tableau, Slack, Data Cloud, Einstein AI, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud functions, UE+ gives businesses a simple, streamlined set of tools to improve their customer experiences and take their success to the next level.

The Many “Faces” of Salesforce UE+

Salesforce has created several UE+ packages to further optimize their product for specific verticals and use cases. All of these packages are based on the company’s already-popular Unlimited Edition. That edition offers account/contact/lead/opportunity management., forecast management, workflow and process automation, advanced pipeline management, built-in AI, and the Salesforce Premier Success Plan. The UE+ packages also provide tech stack consolidation of multiple sales technologies. Business can choose among such field-specific packages as:

Salesforce UE+ for Sales and Service

Salesforce UE+ Sales and Service breaks down into a Sales Cloud and a Service Cloud. Sales Cloud UE+ focuses on improving the customer experience through generative AI, sales planning, maps, revenue intelligence, data cloud technology, and Slack Sales Elevate, combining CRM and external sources to help businesses target their ideal customers and serve those customers better.

Service Cloud UE+ harnesses generative AI, data cloud technologies, digital engagement, feedback management, CRM analytics, and Service Cloud Voice to help resolve customer problems more quickly and easily. Its data-driven insights can actually help customers resolve their own issues through the power of generative AI search.

Salesforce UE+ for Industries

Salesforce’s newest addition to its suite of solutions, Salesforce UE+ for Industries builds on the feature set of Salesforce UE+ for Sales and Service by adding industry-specific features, providing even more customized answers for different sectors. This category of the product includes:

Financial Services Cloud UE+ – This package, which comes in both Sales and Service variants, allows such diverse parts of the financial world as insurance agencies, banks, and asset management companies unify their shared customer data (from social media follows and previous webinar attendance records to email content) with the aid of embedded AI functionality.

Health Cloud UE+ for Service – This package aims to help healthcare providers and institutions provide a higher standard of care more efficiently. In addition to enabling patients to schedule and coordinate their various appointments through an AI-powered support center, this package’s combination of real-time intelligence and comprehensive patient data aggregation helps medical providers triage patient needs more effectively and deliver care more promptly.

Manufacturing Cloud UE+ for Sales – This package lives up to its name by helping manufacturing companies optimize productivity, make more profit, and scale their businesses more successfully. Its tools allow for AI-embedded data that helps managers follow the entire sales cycle more easily. By getting a 360-degree view of the company’s entire book of business, sales managers can track sales performance and then make use of AI-generated summaries and recommendations to create more productive, lucrative manufacturing sales strategies.

How CLOUDSTREET Improves the UE+ Experience

Both CLOUDSTREET and Salesforce have always understood the need for their business clients to get their online stores up and running as quickly and painlessly as possible. However, even a platform designed to smooth and streamline operations can still pose some significant initial challenges for businesses — especially since not every IT department includes technicians familiar with these kinds of programs.

To help businesses adopt Salesforce tools and make the best use of them, CLOUDSTREET offers Accelerator packages for clients who sign on for the Premier or Premier+ Success Plan. These accelerator packages provide one-to-one coaching sessions with experienced technicians who can answer problems, offer guidance, and help users feel comfortable with the technology. At the same time, a convenient, easy-to-use custom portal helps to boost sales from existing buyers, building powerful forward momentum for new online stores right from the beginning.

Salesforce’s Unlimited Edition+ serves as one of many Salesforce services offered by CLOUDSTREET. The company also aids its clients through Salesforce managed support, staff augmentation, mobile app development, and ongoing implementation services. According to Lum, these services fit right in with the company’s mission to help facilitate digital transformation in the business world. “We recognize the ongoing challenge of ‘man versus machine,’ but we also see the value of embracing that challenge, seeing it as an opportunity to capitalize on new and better ways of doing business. Our Salesforce UE+ services can help countless businesses increase both sales efficiency and sales volume,” says Lum.

Business owners and managers seeking a sleek, sensible, integrated solution to their CRM, AI, or sales cloud aggregation woes will want to check out CLOUDSTREET’s Salesforce Unlimited Edition+ offerings at cloudstreetservices.com.

To say that a lot has happened in the last year in the world of technology is something of an understatement. The initial public release of ChatGPT only happened a year ago in November 2022 – kicking off an explosion of popularity for artificial intelligence and a race for AI superiority across industries.

This same level of advancement is absolutely being seen in the world of B2B commerce, particularly since the Salesforce winter release is upon us yet again. The Winter ’24 release includes a number of features that are designed to empower product innovations using not only artificial intelligence but also big data, CRM tools, and more.

A Bold Step Forward for Salesforce

The Salesforce Winter ’24 release offers a number of exciting features that are significant for both B2B and D2C users. The Commerce Cloud has been updated in ways that people have been asking about for a long time.

Customers can now add up to 2,000 line items to a cart at any one time, for example. Product fields can also now show “Frequently Purchased” items to customers, information that dynamically changes in real-time thanks to Einstein Generative AI. Not only does this offer a unique way to personalize the shopping experience, but it’s also a great way to automatically embrace cross-sell and up-sell opportunities as well.

AI is making its presence known all across the Salesforce Winter ’24 release. Businesses can now begin selling faster than ever with automated org setup. This helps to streamline the store creation experience, saving a dramatic amount of time that can then be used on more important matters.

This release has also seen some changes to the Salesforce payments process, all of which helps to create a better experience for your own customers. In addition to direct debit techniques like ACH and BACS, organizations can also accept payments through PayPal and Venmo. The “Pay Now” page is now more configurable than it has ever been, offering users a way to access different payment records, share those records with relevant parties, and more.

Salesforce Order Management has also seen some major upgrades, particularly in terms of the “Order on Behalf Of” experience. Products can now be searched by name, key search terms, and more – as opposed to just SKUs and product IDs as it was in the past. Products can now be easily reserved during the ordering process, all to help reduce the chances of getting “out-of-stock” errors that hinder the overall experience.

Innovation Has Never Been Easier

Of course, Salesforce was updated in more ways than just via the Commerce Cloud. One of the biggest has to do with the Salesforce Scheduler. It’s now easier than ever to manage customers who pay a visit to a physical business location for in-person appointments. Actionable lists can be used to send out appointment reminders and a number of enhancements have been made to the “Shifts” feature within the Scheduler itself.

Einstein Search has also seen some positive adjustments. Searchable standard and custom objects can now be easily configured, allowing you to further customize Salesforce to meet your business’ needs. CLOUDSTREET is dedicated to providing cutting edge B2B technology and solutions to manufacturers in virtually every industry, including industrial, IT services, consumer goods, and more. Based on that, we understand exactly how important the need for further customization with a tool like Salesforce always is.

It’s also now possible to get specific answers from a knowledge resource by way of the Einstein Search Answers feature.

In an overarching sense, one of the most important adjustments to the Winter ’24 release has to do with modifications to Salesforce data pipelines. Staged data is now being used instead of datasets as it was in the past, which can dramatically decrease data processing time in most situations. Salesforce is now also compatible with not only the Google GA4 event-based property framework, but with Google Analytics 4 as well.

Finally, the Salesforce B2B Commerce Winter 24 release includes a bevvy of general enhancements that are intended to make the Lightning Experience even better. These include but are not limited to things like:

  • Tools have been made available to help prepare for upcoming changes to the way Setup pages will be hosted on a new domain in a future release.
  • Multifactor authentication (MFA) has been further enhanced and enforcement is now a permanent part of the direct login process.
  • Many non-text UI elements have been improved in terms of buttons, checkboxes, and overall color contrast.
  • The News, automated account fields, and automated account logo features are all being retired as of the Winter ’24 release.

The leading cloud-based aviation industry’s innovative software platform AvSight recently held its inaugural User Group Summit in Hollywood Beach, Florida on September 18-20, 2023. The Summit catered to new adopters and experienced super users, bringing everyone together to address issues, provide insight, and cultivate a place where the goals and needs of customers are met.

Designed by the AvSight executive team and an advisory board of customers across the company, the program featured different session types and features to enhance their knowledge base while providing opportunities for learning, networking, and collaboration. “Having knowledgeable users who are getting the most out of their AvSight investment is good for them, good for us, and has a powerful impact on the industry as a whole,” says Hannah Myers, AvSight’s Director of Marketing.

The AvSight system is a robust, power-packed system that can be customized and tailored to the customer’s needs. With so many options and possibilities available, realizing new solutions and integrations can be challenging. The Summit helps users explore best practices, implement new creative solutions, and learn more about the advanced features that can help their organizations reach new heights.

Four main areas were the focus of the Summit:

  1. Learning

Users were able to learn more intricate aspects of the AvSight platform to perform deeper workflows, understand metrics, or run crucial reports. Training sessions led by AvSight experts dove into areas of underutilization to gain and expand knowledge on how to better use the program at beginner, intermediate, and expert user levels. Meeting slots for one-on-one tech support to provide better solutions were also available with the AvSight team.

  2. Collaboration

Collaboration was one of the more centralized focuses at the Summit, with the team understanding that not all users think or act alike. These sessions helped users discuss challenges and ideas while meeting other users at the same level or higher. With free time to mingle and discuss what goes on behind the scenes at different organizations, these collaborative sessions were also supported with user panels and workshops to showcase AvSight uses and solutions.

  3. Discovery

Partner Q&A panels and super user-led breakout sessions helped users learn more about the possibilities within the AvSight platform, from aviation marketplaces to tens of thousands of apps in the Salesforce AppExchange.

  4. Influence

Users of the software got an inside peek at the future of AvSight’s functionality, including seeing what’s on the roadmap now and in the future. Users were also able to share their ideas on how the software would work better while providing important feedback on new and upcoming features, and implementation of needed features that may have been overlooked.

Three days of power-packed activity includeds interactive bonus workshops on specific advanced subjects that welcomed lively discussion and questions. These workshops included topics like Improving Data Visibility with CRM Analytics, Data and Document Storage Best Practices, and Best Practices for Extending AvSight with Salesforce Tools.

“AvSight is incredibly flexible,” says AvSight CEO Scott Loescher. “Many of our users expressed a desire to talk with others about using the system. We really wanted to facilitate this exchange of ideas.”

This was the blueprint for creating a Platform, Parts, and MRO sessions, designed to accommodate each type of user, even those still in training and implementation.

Platform sessions addressed the platform and related technologies for all AvSight users regardless of their business model. These sessions included topics like Support Made Simple: A Step-by-Step Guide to Getting the Most Out of AvSight’s Customer Resources, The Art of the Possible: Leveraging Notifications and Flows for Streamlined Operations, The Art of the Possible: Game Changing Deployment of Advanced Automation, The Art of the Possible: Unlocking Intelligent Aviation with AvSight + AI – Parts I and II, Unlocking Value: Innovative Ways to Leverage AvSight’s Hidden Features, Building Beyond Boundaries: Exploring AvSight’s Form Editor for Enhanced Customization, Sessions on Case Studies on Automation, Streamlining, and Customized Solutions, The Future of AvSight: Intensive Roadmap Session, and more.

Parts sessions were about the functionality of the program and use cases that targeted customers in business areas related to parts. Users in these segments learned about training for seamless returns, smarter exchange processes, new features for customer quoting and RFQs, strategies for actionable insights in sales and operations, revolutionizing arts management and new features for suppliers, precise tracking and reporting, and best practices for efficiency and more.

MRO sessions were specifically designed to address the functionality of the AvSight program and use cases in segments related to MRO, including best practices for using AvSight’s digital and mobile features, functionality, exchanges, and bill of materials in MRO operations, optimization with reporting and dashboards, new features, work orders, publication management, and more.

Understanding the intricacies of this powerful system can be challenging, even while learning about how it works and what it can do. Having a Salesforce pro team available to assist can help.

Avsight Integration with Salesforce Commerce Cloud

CLOUDSTREET has experience integrating Avsight with Salesforce Commerce Cloud to enable companies to publish aviation parts online for sales. Sales from this integrated Salesforce Commerce Cloud Store automatically create corresponding Sales Orders in the customer’s AvSight dashboard. This can help streamline processes while achieving the desired results from the integration between Avsight and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

Having transparency to improve the AvSight experience is key to the integration with Salesforce Commerce Cloud. The platform session addresses ways to facilitate transparent communication while creating a cohesive team for a superior customer experience through using the portal and internal and external communication can help see the value in using services like CLOUDSTREET in real-world situations.

With the demand for getting the most out of their investment is key for businesses using AvSight software, this is just one of many Summits to come. “We hope this will allow our customers to send more members of their teams and increase the benefits they experience with AvSight,” says Myers. “It’s important to us that attendance be accessible to as many of our users as possible.”

Downtown San Francisco’s escape from its COVID-19-related slump, which has been exemplified by desolate streets, abandoned office buildings, and a prominent issue with homelessness, is anticipated to receive a boost from September 12 to 14 at the largest technology conference to be held in the Bay Area in quite some time. For many, it’s hoped that this national confab will positively impact the Bay Area’s downtrodden reputation of late.

It’s expected that the Dreamforce AI + Data + CRM Conference, which is being sponsored by Salesforce Inc. and will take place at the Moscone Center, will see 40,000 in-person visitors, who together will contribute roughly $57 million to the local economy.

Cloudstreet Services Will Be a Major Dreamforce Participant

One prominent participant in the Dreamforce Conference will be Salesforce cloud technology implementation partner Cloudstreet Services. Cloudstreet is highly adept at implementing salesforce solutions for B2B companies in the manufacturing, industrial, IT services, and consumer goods sectors.

Cloudstreet Services provides Salesforce implementations, staff augmentation, managed support, mobile apps, a marketing cloud, a sales cloud, a community/experience cloud, a B2B and B2C commerce cloud, lightning migrations, custom development, and integration services.

Cloudstreet helps Salesforce customers who have difficulty customizing Salesforce to meet their needs, experience challenges in finding developers who understand the intricacies of the system and are agonized by the high costs associated with hiring skilled Salesforce developers.

Using Cloudstreet’s experienced Salesforce-certified consultants, companies can increase their sales and opportunities, reduce burdens and blockers, and optimize their Salesforce platforms.

Generative AI Will Be a Major Focus of the Conference

Simultaneously, the participation of Salesforce as the conference’s sponsor is a great honor for the company, as this event is likely to be one of the largest gatherings of people who have an interest in technology that’s ever taken place in the Bay Area. This exhibition focused on the highly topical subject of generative artificial intelligence (AI), will be the most significant one of its type that’s been staged in the U.S. thus far.

A conversation between Marc Benioff, Chief Executive Officer of Salesforce, and Sam Altman, Chief Executive Officer of OpenAI, will be a highlight of the event. These two well-regarded gentlemen will lend an air of gravitas and keen insight to the proceedings. The project that’s known as ChatGPT is managed by OpenAI, while Salesforce is the maker of the world’s best-known customer relationship management (CRM) software. Many of the attendees of the conference are looking forward to the opportunity to witness this discourse.

Colin Fleming, a senior vice president of marketing, content, and customer insights at Salesforce, noted in an interview that “AI is front-and-center for every business leader, and we’re pivoting hard to it this year at the show.” His remarks are a clue that Salesforce is investing a substantial amount of resources in AI, and Fleming confirmed that “Dreamforce as well as our own company are placing a significant amount of emphasis on it.”

In a recent study carried out by Salesforce, it was found that two-thirds of information technology executives seek to pay greater attention to the projects their businesses are working on related to generative AI over the course of the next 18 months. This finding all but confirms that generative AI is expected to become significantly more critical to businesses in the coming years.

San Francisco Is Becoming a Global Center of AI Innovation

Indeed, Fleming offered the observation that “we’re at a moment in time when San Francisco is emerging as the epicenter of AI.”

In fact, it would seem that the city is on the verge of experiencing yet another tech bubble, with this one specifically being propelled by AI. This is especially true if one considers the fact that OpenAI’s much-hyped chatbot software, ChatGPT, was only introduced to the general public in November of the previous year. It would seem from the resulting excitement that OpenAI will play a pivotal role in serving as the primary factor behind a much-anticipated expansion of the technology industry.

As it stands, San Francisco is home to the headquarters of 19 of the 55 largest AI-related companies in the world, and this next Dreamforce conference is expected to be the greatest gathering of generative AI talent in the nation. According to the AI venture Cerebral Valley, which is also located in San Francisco, there were 58 events that were related to AI that took place in the city during the month of July alone.

In addition, figures that were provided by the Brookings Institution indicated that San Francisco was the location for more than half of the generative AI jobs that were advertised over the course of the previous year.

Boston University researcher Aakash Kalyani said that it may take up to 60 years for this particular technology’s impact on employment to permeate the whole nation, citing as an example the continued concentration of smartphone research and design in Silicon Valley. Positions that rely on this technology, such as ride-hailing or delivery, tend to spread more rapidly than high-paying, high-skill positions, he added.

The Bay Area has long had a concentration of connections between academic institutions, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and the government, as well as networks of finance. As the Brookings Institution’s Mark Muro points out, for AI, it’s going to be very difficult to massively decentralize the innovation’s core technology and research activities. Currently, some AI models are made available as open source, making them more accessible and affordable for businesses of all sizes and in all industries.

Salesforce Is Expected to Make Announcements, Including Quarterly Results

At the Dreamforce conference, which Salesforce puts on annually, the company makes it a habit to present to the general public for the very first time all of the major product updates that they’ve been working on. On Wednesday, August 30, representatives from Salesforce will give a presentation reviewing the progress made by the business during the most recent fiscal quarter.

This year, it’s predicted that Salesforce will put a greater emphasis on security measures that are being integrated into a new AI-powered offering from the company. This may be a result of the fact that more than three-quarters of business customers presently feel that generative AI presents substantial security risks.

Going forward, keeping AI systems secure will be essential for their widespread use. By keeping these concerns top-of-mind, businesses can design AI-powered systems and software that are flexible, safe, and reliable.

Salesforce, the industry-leading cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) platform, has recently announced the launch of Slack Sales Elevate. Dubbed a “personalized sales home,” it’s a new array of features designed to integrate Slack’s already robust collaboration tools with the Sales Cloud, aka Salesforce’s CRM. This move will help the company continue its mission to allow businesses of all shapes and sizes to better manage not only customer data, but also sales operations, and even marketing campaigns as well.

Slack Sales Elevate also marks Salesforce’s entry into the world of artificial intelligence with open arms. AI is everywhere these days, thanks in large part to the launch of tools like ChatGPT. There has already been much discussion about how artificial intelligence has the potential to positively disrupt just about every industry you can think of, changing the way consumers interact with brands and how brands manage their affairs in a highly cost-effective, scalable way.

It would appear that the team at Salesforce agrees with this idea wholeheartedly and has designed Slack Sales Elevate as a way to take the efficiency gains inherent in AI to the next level.

Slack Sales Elevate: What You Need to Know

At its core, Slack Sales Elevate isn’t a new product – instead, it is built into Slack, the instant messaging program that countless organizations already use for communication and collaboration. It is designed to act as a centralized repository or single source of “truth,” that consolidates all critical business data into one easy-to-use, easy-to-access environment.

The end result is that it can not only help a business simplify its own internal processes (thus freeing up valuable time to be used for more important matters), but also automate administrative tasks, and more. The end result is that sales teams will have an easier time collaborating with their peers, their partners, and most importantly their customers.

Slack Sales Elevate is fully powered by Salesforce data, ushering in a new era of productivity and collaboration among sales teams everywhere.

Salesforce put out a press release alongside the announcement, acknowledging the “growing pressure” that sales teams are constantly facing to improve productivity and “do more with less.” Doing so is not only a way to increase revenue, but to preserve what are already often razor-thin profit margins as well. These goals are important, yes – but they should never come at the expense of the high-quality customer service that consumers have come to expect. Now, thanks to Slack Sales Elevate, the team behind Salesforce hopes that businesses won’t need to make that choice.

According to Salesforce’s recent “State of Sales Report” study, it was revealed that sales representatives spend around 70% of their time at work on “non-selling tasks.” If even a fraction of that number can be automated, it can free up time when those employees can spend directly relating to and serving customers.

So not only does a tool like Slack Sales Elevate make it easier for teams to maintain the same level of customer service quality that people have become accustomed to, it actually allows them to improve it dramatically. Indeed, working “smarter, not harder” is one of the simple ideas that led to the development of the Slack Sales Elevate tool in the first place.

Customers of the Slack Business+ plan will be pleased to know that Slack Sales Elevate has already begun its formal rollout and should be available to use now. The same is true of any customers using the Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Sales Cloud payment tiers of the tool. It is priced at just $60 per user per month.

The AI-Driven Future Has Arrived

The overall goal of Slack Sales Elevate isn’t to replace human employees at all. Instead, it is a tool designed to support and empower them – from organizational leaders all the way down to sales reps and everyone in between. It does this by giving them access to industry-leading tool sets and automation that can be used to maximize productivity in any way deemed necessary given an organization’s unique goals.

One prime example of this comes by way of Slack Sales Elevate’s artificial intelligence-powered workflows. For the first time, teams are in a position to build no-code workflows with Salesforce-triggered notifications in a matter of moments. These can include practically anything – from support requests to deal approvals and more. All this can be set up instantly without requiring any member of the team to have any extensive technical experience at all.

The example that Salesforce used has to do with new opportunities from Sales Cloud. When that new opportunity updates in Slack, an AI-powered workflow could take the data and use it to create and message a note in a particular account channel to make sure that sales representatives know to follow up. So not only does the customer get a follow-up far faster than ever, but that sales representative is also instantly armed with any information they need to close the deal.

Naturally, this has ramifications in virtually every industry you can think of. CLOUDSTREET is just one example of a provider that has implemented B2B solutions for businesses in the industrial, IT services, and consumer goods sectors.

Slack Sales Elevate’s personalized user interface also allows representatives to work with rich customer data and business insights at their fingertips. They don’t have to try to manage many different solutions or navigate across multiple windows to do so. A Slack Sales Elevate user can customize their dashboards in any way they want, complete with helpful reminders, while also tracking their individualized progress towards the KPIs (key performance indicators) that matter most to them.

It’s also important to note that the “Opportunities” view can also be quickly updated and automatically synced to Salesforce, allowing information to flow freely across the enterprise.

Another example of this idea in action would be a sales representative who wants to keep the others on their team in-the-loop on deal movements. They can toggle team-wide instant notifications that make doing so easier than ever before. This can help everyone stay up-to-date on when successful deals happen, along with new opportunities, pipeline updates, and more.

Using this type of AI-powered tool, a team manager could select to be notified whenever an opportunity changes so that they can finally have a “bird’s eye view” of what is going on. This can be a great way to identify opportunities for further coaching, empowering the entirety of their representative team through knowledge and ongoing education.

The Slack Sales Elevate tool is powered in part by Slack GPT, which is a conversational AI tool that Salesforce originally announced in May 2023. It was designed to help businesses boost productivity in multiple ways and this new integration is just one example.

In the end, artificial intelligence is here to stay – much to the benefit of businesses everywhere. When you consider how far this technology has come in a relatively short amount of time, it’s truly exciting to think about what businesses will be able to do with it over the next few months and beyond.
