A global aviation parts distributor, herein referred to as SeattleAV, based in Seattle Washington, USA, had previous challenges managing multiple systems for e-commerce and CRM needs, accommodating an existing system, and enabling bulk product orders.

The solution involved creating a custom Salesforce B2B Commerce Storefront fully integrated with Avsight with features such as custom reports, back order and quote capabilities, and syncing with the existing Avsight system.
