CLOUDSTREET implemented the first ever integration between Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud and Avsight aviation software.  CLOUDSTREET has since completed several more similar projects with Salesforce and Avsight software.

A global aviation parts distributor, herein referred to as SeattleAV, based in Seattle Washington, USA, had previous challenges managing multiple systems for e-commerce and CRM needs, accommodating an existing system, and enabling bulk product orders.

The solution involved creating a custom Salesforce B2B Commerce Storefront fully integrated with Avsight with features such as custom reports, back order and quote capabilities, and syncing with the existing Avsight system. The benefits highlighted a 25% increase in ROI, streamlined data management, and real-time communication between the management software and Storefront. Custom-developed features like bulk orders and custom product displays were also emphasized.

A custom Loyalty Credits LWC component was created on the cart page to allow users to utilize loyalty points against marketing category products. Loyalty points are earned based on the account tier and a certain percentage of the total amount of the cart.

Promotions Module:

A custom LWC component was developed on the cart page to enable customers to apply promotions against the cart items or the total amount. This feature provides flexibility for customers to benefit from promotions and discounts.

Tester/Sample Feature:
